Refund

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs payments and subscription cancellations for services provided by Gramin Tech.

By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy.


1. Monthly Subscription Plans

Monthly subscription plans are generally non-refundable.

Since monthly plans operate on a recurring subscription basis, users may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for:

  • Current active monthly billing periods
  • Partially used monthly subscriptions
  • Unused days within an active monthly cycle


2. Yearly Subscription Plans

Refunds are available only for eligible yearly subscription payments.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The customer must have actively used the platform for at least 2 months after activation
  • Refunds are calculated only for unused months remaining in the yearly plan


3. Refund Calculation Method

For refund purposes:

  • One month is considered equal to 30 calendar days
  • Refunds are calculated based on completed monthly usage periods, not individual days

Any partial month entered by the customer will be counted as a full used month.

Example:

  • If a yearly subscription has been active for 65 days:
    • Usage will be counted as 3 months
    • Remaining refund eligibility will be for 9 unused months

This is because the additional 5 days fall within the third 30-day billing cycle.


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Setup fees
  • Custom development work
  • Third-party service charges
  • Domain or hosting purchases
  • One-time configuration or onboarding services
  • Charges related to SMS, WhatsApp, or communication credits already consumed


5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of services at any time.

Upon cancellation:

  • Access may continue until the current paid period expires
  • Future recurring payments may be stopped
  • Certain data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period

Customers are encouraged to export required data before cancellation.


6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on:

  • Payment gateway providers
  • Banking systems
  • Payment method used

Refunds will usually be issued through the original payment method wherever possible.

7. Abuse & Fraud Protection

Gramin Tech reserves the right to deny refunds in cases involving:
